Did a LOT of walking, through the woods and then delivering papers. Was tiring, but it was exercise!

Today even though I was tired I did lots of walking (deliveries a day early) and then went swimming in the evening with my mum (first time in quite awhile).
Done quite a bit of walking today (deliveries), plus the other day did some dancing (at home, then at club later on).
Did some walking yesterday, and a lot of walking on Sunday when went to Yorkshire Sculpture Park (it tired me out, but it was exercise).
Swam 100 laps yesterday and practiced synchronized swimming for about an hour. It feels good to point my toe’s toward the sky once again.

Because I was wandering around the zoo snapping pictures of animals and squeeing over my camera. But I got back in the routine today and noticed that the program just inserted ‘Rest day’ for yesterday and moved the whole schedule one day ahead. Brilliant.
today I’ve started running in the dry sand. it’s much tougher than running in concrete, so it was only for 15 minutes.
still, I think it’s a good progress :D
the situps are going great, but still can’t see any results.
