I’m not sure when it happened, but my belt is on it’s last notch.

My weight has been below 91 kg for the past week.

I read an interesting point of view today: The average American puts on half a pound per year. That means if you’re keeping your weight steady, you’re actually doing well, compared to the rest of the people.

A good day on the scales.  — 2 weeks ago

New lowest weight for the year! It is also around the bottom end of last year’s low stretch. BMI now solidly below 29.

No dramatic progress, but over the last week I have consistently been under the psychological level of 92 kg. Soon I’ll be consistently under 90 kg, I believe. BMI 29.0 now, a nice milestone.

I reached my goal of weighing 85 kilos on May 26. This morning, I had 84.1 on the scales, and I’m pretty stable around 84-85. This is great!

Today I have the second lowest weight I’ve had so far this year. That’s according to the scale in the showers. According to the scales on the LifeStation machine thing, I have the lowest weight ever. I prefer to believe the first one.

Body fat is reported to be lower too.

Today I measured another lowest weight for the year so far!

Looking back at the records, my lowest weight for last year was not really sustained, even thought it was a kilogram or two lower than it is now. So, having regained lost ground, I’m venturing into unknown territory again.

Progress of the soul  — 3 months ago

This morning I realized that I am in control of my weight. Although I still have more to lose and I’m not going to mark this as done until I’m there, I am no longer fat and unhappy about it, or fat and accepting it, but overweight and slimming slowly and effectively.

This realization is means more to me than all the kilograms I’ve lost.

I have not achieved this overnight, but by persisting for more than two years in exercise and paying attention to what I eat. You can do it too!
