okay, i haven’t done anything about losing weight. I try, like I’ll be good during the day and then go home and eat crap. I swear I’m starting tomorrow. PLEASE if anyone has any tips to losing weight..comment. I REALLY need to lose 20-25 pounds, and 10-15 by Christmas. I am so mad I haven’t done anything. I think I’ve actually gained EVEN more. I feel fatter every day.

yeah, i forgot i was starting for real. i haven’t really watched myself. i am going to start for really real tomorrow. if i don’t then i’ll cry.
I really want to lose 15-20 pounds for Christmas, can people please comment and give me feedback. like either tips or just anything to help get me there haha .. thanks bunches!
I’m 14 years old; 5’1 and weigh between 135 and 140 pounds. I am so determined to lose weight. My dream weight is anywhere between 115 and 122 pounds. I know I can do it, I just need to focus and give it my all. I’m watching the Biggest Loser and it always gets me really motivated, and makes losing weight seem like so easy.. not this huge task. I really have to just stop eating emotionally and just stay positive. From 11/9 on I am going to start fresh, and do the following:
-run 5-6 miles 4-6 times a week.
-I’ll spend 20 minutes on the treadmill 6-7 times a week
-cut out all chocolate, sweets, cake, candy, chips
-resistance training 6-7 times a week
-stepper, 500 steps 6-7 times a week
-ab work
-drink 8-10 glasses of ice cold water a day
-and a glass of skim milk
-reduce calories
-weigh in every monday morning
- no eating after 7 p.m… NO exceptions
-get more sleep
-stay postitive
-write down EVERYTHING i eat
-only eat when I’m hungry… or drink instead.
please comment with support, and extra ways to shed pounds. and also answer me this: i’ve heard that if you go from eating all crap to just completely changing and working out and eating healthy then you drop a lot in the beginning. is it true?
