Thanksgiving day.... 4 days ago

7 bathroom counter pushups. Still every bit as hard as yesterday, but I motivated myself to go to that next number. If I only add one a day I guess it will take over three months to be able to do a hundred. But…... just think! In less than four months I will be able to do 100!

i did 6 counter pushups. i am confident i am doing them correctly. they are really hard for me. each and every single one.
but…. I can feel my arms getting stronger. Even if I only add one a day…...... I’ll reach 100 and drop down to the next level.

I’m excited to start on situps. My tummy is a belly and i want it to be a tummy again!

My, my, my...... 6 days ago

I started the counter pushups today. They are friggin hard! I did five. I am not certain that I am the proper angle. I think I am. Which may be why they are so hard! I wonder if there is a level between the wall push up and the counter pushup. Maybe I will try the stair push and see if it is the inbetween level.

At least I have five on the board. Next time I’ll try for six. Seems like a small goal, but even one is forward on the goal and someday the goal would be reached.

Thank you for the applause. Yes! I just finished my 100th wall pushup. Hand me that graduation cap and gown!

I had worked my way up to sets of 25. It didn’t matter how long I took between sets, I just counted what I did for the day. Yesterday it was 75. Today ~ my goal of 100!

Now I am moving down, normally you think of success as moving you up, but with pushups, success moves you down, so I am moving down to the kitchen or bathroom counter level. Thank goodness I don’t have to bring the set of 25 that I had built up to with me. Tomorrow (or so) I’ll just start at the new level and see how many I can do. Maybe it is only one, but hey…... you put your boat in the river where you are. I might be at the one counter pushup part of the river.

OK I started :) 2 weeks ago

Yikes I am more out of shape than I think , I am going to complete this goal no matter what. I am greatful I did start and bench marked

31 situps
20 push ups
25 squats
15 minutes of Yoga

Can I play? 2 weeks ago

This looks like some people are doing this as a team, but I just want to try it out! I just tried the initial tests, and I was ‘average’ on both the situps and squats and in level 1 (ie spaghetti arms) level on the pushups – I apparently need to start with ‘alternative’ push ups and work my way up. Not sure if I should do wall push ups or knee push ups.

I was lucky enough to be invited to the team to take on this this goal :) and I am going to bench mark myself tonight at the gym OMG hope I cave up lol …........but I am excited.
