Due to being sick this week I lost a small about of weight quickly. I’ve lost 8 pounds since the start of the year. I know that this week I will probably go back up some, but I am on my way!

although I am not really trying. I need to get my act together. Maybe I need to join Weight Watchers after break!?



I am 2 years ago

overweight. My BMI is like 30. I am not very good at eating right (lunch today was Tostidos and melted cheddar) or exercising.

I would like to lose at least 50 pounds to be a health weight.

To do this I will:
eat more healthily
exercise every day (at least 15 min on treadmill)
go to the gym 3 times a week
drink more water
go to bed by 10 each night
get up at 6:15 every day
move more, sit less
