i gained back that 1/2 pound i lost..n think i gained a bit more too…sighi won’t give up though.I’ll keep goin n goin till i achieve my goal!!!i wanna lose it b4 school reopens after the lunar new year holidays…

I didn’t “stuff” myself in chocolate powder for the past 2DAYS!!!
haha,hv been doin great..the scale slighty moved..i wouldn’t say a pound,maybe 1/2 a pound???
Right now,i’m saying to myself “keep it up”.I’m phsyco-loco…
Anyways,i wanna lose AT LEAST 1pound by the coming wednesday cuz i’m hvin P.E. exam.

i ate a bit of that stupid chocolate powder again…it’s a bad habit actually..that powder was supposed to be used to make drinks..not meant to be eaten.i guess i’m so stupid to differenciate the diff betweer “eat” and “drink” =P

on my diet plan..though i cheated abit today by taking sum chocolate powder(used to make drinks)...i swear to get rid of that stupid habit…but i guessed i gave in to my cravings today..i was off it yesterday,had some(ok,a lot)on friday…was off it on wednesday and thursday…Hey,i made ABIT of progress here…I still feel so guilty for eatin that chocolate powder(yes,EATING)and i feel SOOOO fat rite now…
