so, i haven’t been keeping up with this. i registered for the summer class, but the instructor had changed. i loved the girl who used to do it. the new guy, well, not my style. he was aiming it toward old inflexible people. when i’m getting bored in class, you know it’s not working. that never happened to me before. sooo….. anyway, i didn’t register to take it again with him this fall.

my friend and i intended to practice every week together, but we’re busy people and we don’t make time for it. maybe this week… i should call her.

well. class started again. due to a busy teaching schedule and my inability to get a lot of work done on the weekends, i’ve missed two our of four classes so far. well, actually to give my self a break, i missed the first because it was my sister’s birthday.

i’ve put the other dates on the calendar and noticed that i will be forced to miss at least a couple more for various school functions that i’ll have to go to. but hey, any yoga is better than no yoga at all

so i haven’t written an entry in 7 weeks. partly because i’m not using my computer where i can bookmark places i want to frequent and so i’m forgetting to come by. not that i was very good about doing things on my list.

i can say that my yoga-pilates class starts back up next week, and i am really looking forward to it. maybe this time around i’ll do it on my own too…

missed three weeks of class so far, and two were because of cancelled classes for various reasons. so the overall class got extended two weeks, which is very nice.

at the last class we did mostly yoga (it’s also a pilates class), which i like better. by which i mean, i’m better at yoga and the pilates hurts me. i’m soooooo out of shape. :) it’s good for me to hurt sometimes.

anyway, i mostly wrote this entry because i hadn’t entered anything in two weeks.

just not this one. hehehe. but i registered for my yoga-pilates class for the fall and i’m very excited. and when i’m going to class once a week it will be easier for me to start up doing it a second day of the week by myself.



haven't done yoga in a month 3 years ago

that is so sad! i’m not getting anywhere with this goal. i really need to get working. maybe i’ll clean for a while today (to accomplish part of another goal) and then relax with some yoga. i certainly need to pick the habit back up before i go to class in the fall. i want to start ahead of where is started last time so that i am improving all of the time instead of taking one step forward to take one back again.



i bought one book 3 years ago

but i’ve hardly used it. i was doing it outside of class for about a week. and then i came back home and this room sucked all of my productivity out of me again! i need to start again and make sure, no matter what, that i sign up for the nightly class in the fall. i should make that one of my things….



aiming for once a week 3 years ago

beyond the one time i go to class each week. i bought a book to help me remember the poses and a good way to string them together. i can remember some, but it always feels so awkward when i try at home because i’m moving through dissimilar things. hopefully this will help!
