I have signed up for a fun class that begins in October. You better believe it is called ‘How to Buy a House’. Will talk of the market, budgeting, what to look for, etc.

This will help me in the near or distant future.

I bought an atlas and have a better idea of the areas in CA where I could live below my means and still enjoy my life. Will take a better look while I am visiting in July.

Also looking at OR, WA, RI, CT at the moment.

1920s bungalow 2 years ago

There is a bungalow in town that I absolutely adore. Every few years the owners change the paint scheme. I love driving by and seeing what is growing in their yard, etc.

I can see myself living in such a house that oozes with character. A house that whispers, ‘Come..relax, you are safe here. You are loved.’
