yay doing good this week..i guess bc i haven’t been overwhelmed with schoolwork…i forced myself through the snow and bitter cold despite the fact that the walk to the gym from my dorm is so far away!! 4 outta 5 days, although i would be fine with 3… its just difficult to skip and than go back to it,,,i find it easier to go in a row…anyways hoping the scale will move south…
just worked out again! going to have to work on cutting down my sweets….eating like 5 times the serving of somethin just because its fat free isn’t helping on my goal to lose weight! going ot have to try to work on that a bit….but overall feeling confident!i want to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks
just went to the gym today for the first time in a while, and feel amaZIng! I read an article that working out with someone helps you to lose 33% more weight than working out alone and so i am goin to try that out with some of my roomates! i feel so good! woo :)
