read all bookcrossing books on my shelf not registered by me

I really need to do this. I’m going to print off the list of BC books I’ve got from others, and work through them first.

Well, I started the year with 122 books on Mount TBR so more than last January – not good!! At the moment I have 116 TBR which doesn’t seem like much progress, but I have been in 3 book exchanges so far this year which brought in over 40 books between them, so actually I’m doing ok! My aim is to get this down to 50 by the end of the year – well I can dream can’t I!

Just had a quick count up and I’m halfway there. Unlikely to achieve by the end of the year, but I’m making progress! If I can start next year with less in total than I started this year (ie, adding in those received this year) then I’ll be a happy bunny!

Still 60 left on the list!! I am passing some on unread, but I think this is going to be neverending! I seem to be reading lots of newer books rather than the old ones, which is not what I should be doing!!

Just had a count up and I’ve got 73 left on my list still to read – I’m not doing as well as I thought! Oh well, I’ll keep plodding on.

This goal is just not going to happen so time to move it over and give myself a break :D

I will never achieve this, so will not try & fool myself that I’ll manage it. I get new books & bookcrossing books all the time.

Read 8 books from my list in January, which is good! Only read 2 books that were’t on the list and they were for a release challenge.

I may wild release some from the list that I don’t think I’ll ever get round to reading, which will reduce it some more!

my oldest TBR received from another BCer ( Does that sentence make sense?) and scarily I recived it on 13th May 2005 from Pennywhistler.
It is The Mirror Crack’d by Agatha Christie. Now why haven’t I read it yet? It’s short, it’s fun, I know who did it – ahh, perhaps that’s why!
