joined the gym 2 weeks ago :D
i feel great, i’ve been sleeping at regular hours.
i have 1 more free session with the personal trainer on friday.
my friend thinks i’m becoming a gym junkie—hope not.
i just love being sore the next day :)
and it feels awesome to work up a sweat again.
god i hate the receptionists & management staff there tho..
their fake enthusiasm, fake smiles, they bug me somuch.
anyway, so i’m gona keep up this routine for the next 5 weeks or so.
then hopefully i’ll be able to show off the results to my hubbyy (to be) haha :P

yay, signed up for belly dancing on thursday. it’s only once a week tho :( and it’s a 6 week course. i need more physical activities to fill out my week.
hmm if only joe was here, it’ll be yoga and pilates in the bedroom ;)
anyway, back to the topic. the next pilates course available will start on the 22nd of march. i miss pilates, i’m gona sign up for that.
und dann, wat else ya? oh, had another 1 hr yoga session today.
and i’ve been doin yoga stretches every morning before i start my day.
i don’t know if these things i’m doing are helping me tone my body, but i feel better now that i’m more active.. kinda :P
ah! long entry..
went to a group fitness class today—torso tone. we used swiss balls and oh my god, was it hard.. i’ve never worked out my abs like that before. and wow, it was pretty hard trying to balance on that ball while bouncing up and down. we also used weights to work our arms, also while balancing on the ball. anyways,it was a really great work out :)
i tried yoga for the very first time on saturday and ahhh.. my body’s sore all over now, even my bum. but i had a really great sleep saturday night, so i think i’m gona stick to this. and i did some yoga stretches this morning yay :) i still wanna do pilates tho. ooh and i signed up for a belly dancing trial class :D that should be fun. and there’s a whole bunch of other programs i wanna try at the melbourne city bath :)
as soon as i get my money, i’ll get a membership at the melbourne city bath, join the fitness programs aaand by the time i meet joe again, be the hottest girl he’s ever dated with THE hottest body EVER :D and of course, be the envy of others—with my toned abs, increased flexibility & stamina, firm ass and legs. just one step at a time :)
have i raised the bar too high? we’ll see
