get rid of all my clutter

Magazines, junk, you name it. We are doing a good old spring cleaning today at the house. I am starting to get our computer room under control, if you can call organized chaos control. No reason to keep all the old magazines anymore. They just sit there collecting dust never getting read again.

According to my wife, it is time to purge. We are starting to pack up for our move in a couple of weeks. A lot of the old books and things that I have just kept over the years needs to be done away with so that we do not have to store too much junk during our temporary housing situation while our house is being finished.

Wow! I can actually see my physical desk between my keyboard and monitor now. I got in here Saturday afternoon and removed all of the junk that was sitting on my desk… well, most of it anyway. I shredded a bunch of old junkmail and bills that I no longer need.

Yea, it isn’t much, but at least it is a start. :)

Just haven’t had time to finish de-cluttering my house lately. The computer room and laundry room seem to be the worse. One of these days, I’m going to get in the mood that I did when cleaning closets and throw it ‘all’ out!

My desk is a mess again. The US Post Office should give my desk its own zip code and call it Clutterville! :)

Okay, the computer room is the ‘dump’! Literally – everything gets dumped in the computer room. Chairs are running out our ears – two broken, one of which can be fixed, but hasn’t been. The other needs to go straight to the dump! Books need a place to go!

Finally got rid of a chair that had been moved from the Den to make room for another one, this weekend. Still one to go.

Now that the new recliner is here, we have two old chairs that need to go – that’s part of the clutter.

My new room in the house for the computer equipment has packed boxes everywhere, but it also has other items just laying around. There is a lot of clutter in here currently. I need to take an hour and clean this room up.

My son seems to be making more headway with this one than I am! But, then, he’s going to build a new home – I’m not. But, still need to get rid of lots more clutter!
