always an issue  — 1 year ago

This is always an issue, but I’m not sure if it´s for the right reasons or not.

I very may be getting enough done, but I’m so hard on myself I always feel like I’m not.

Anyrate, I’ve been working on this little by little – I just get things done, somehow, and in between getting things done, I worry about how to get things done quicker and more effectively…

One BIG thing that I have identified is PROCRASTINATION. That´s like a big bad monster – the illusion that I am in control by making decisions to do something another day…

Yeah, it’s been a few weeks, since I’ve been around. My computer broke and I was unconnected for a bit (SCARY!!!).

But I did get started on GTD – I wrote a list of all my dreams, then I started breaking them into goals. And I’ve been doing to-do lists pretty consistently…

And yes, I’ve been getting alot more done:)

Big Problem Here  — 2 years ago

(this is how I feel, like my laaaaaaazy cat who sleeps aaaaaall day… only, when I try to be like him, I’m not satisfied!!)

I don’t even want to explain, but I just have all kinds of shit to do, and I’m not doing it.

Yeah, the exercise thing is my big current success, and I do feel great about that… but that’s only a small (but essential) part of what my life should be.

I have dreams and needs and I feel that lately I’ve been doing very little to accomplish them.

A few things are holding me back, and I’ve only just been realizing that it’s time to shake all that off.

I found this GREAT blog Personal Development for Smart People and it ROCKS!!!

Already, I feel a tiny bit bette about my life, because just reading that blog, I can see many of us have the same problems, and there is hope!
