I want to lost 5 more before Christmas. I still have a lot more weight to lose but this is my mini goal for now. :)

I finished my first week at the WellCare center. I’ve lost 4 pounds so far. Only 81 more pounds to go. :)
I’ve been talking to my mother-in-law she says that I can get the doctor to get me into the Wellness Center. So I can start exercising to lose this weight. I know I also need to diet that of course is a given. First thing is portion control. That’s my major problem now.

I was weighed of course. I knew I weighed more than the last time I went. Just not how much. Thank goodness I don’t weigh as much as I thought I did. I am at the weight I was at when I started Weight Watchers back in Jan. 2002. Not good but at least I don’t weigh more than that.
I need motivation to lose this weight and seeing what I weighed wasn’t enough. I need someone to come in, take charge of me and make me exercise and eat less. That’s not going to happen to so I need to find a motivation to get me going. I don’t know what yet though.
I think I weigh the most I ever have in my life. It’s not a litle bit I need to lose but a lot. I weigh probably over 80 pounds too much.
I lost weight before with Weight Watchers and I know I can do this but not with WW again.
First thing I need is some sort of attainable goal. Like exercising at least once a week. I also need to cut back how much I eat. Eat better and drink more water.
