this was going on. Thanks YogaGeek for bringing this awareness. I pledge not to travel to Burma or support their tourism industry, and spread the word about their practices.
I never really thought about going to Burma. I love to travel, and would love to see the world, but somehow this place didn’t come up on my radar as a place to go. I guess it was a blessing in disguise that it didn’t, huh?
I’m not going to Burma. And I’ll do my best to ward off those who would like to. They probably have no idea…
Thank you YogaGeek for making me more aware. Have sent an email to Than Swe, Burma’s dictator to ask for Aung San Suu Kyi’s relaese from house arrest. Tomorrow I will look at the other action ideas.
