i had been off the diet for about a month and a half. i restarted about a week ago and have lost the 5 pounds i gained back. yay! also, i recently discovered wendy’s side salads with fat free dressing. can’t beat a 99 cent, low cal lunch.

It’s so odd. I’ve been at a plateau for the past 2 weeks, and I increased (unintenionally, of course!) my daily caloric intake by about 400 and now I’m starting to lose.
OK, so the string is more encouraging than the scale. I’ve lost a few inches off of my waist, which I’m really excited about. So, yea.
Yesterday was my worst day so far. It still wasn’t bad compared to what I normally eat, but by far the worst day of the diet. I’m guessing I had around 1800 calories. I’ve been at 1100-1300 per day. Today I’m doing much better, though, so I’m not beating myself up over it :-)
I’m finally starting to see some results. The clothes are a little baggier. My face feels smoother, too, I think its from all the water I’ve been drinking…an added bonus!
i feel fat this week. i did yard work today to try and make myself feel better. it just made me feel dehydrated.
is it crazy to be going by inches instead of pounds? my dad says a string is so unscientific. i dont care, i like my incredible shrinking string :-D
i’ve started working on this goal! finally!! its only been 2 weeks, but i’m doing great so far. a lot of my other goals seem to hinge on me accomplishing this goal. i hope it can be done!
