...but I really want to make room for a far more worthy goal.
I’m being pretty good with the gym (4+ times a week) so I think my fitness goals are being achieved.
Am not really as driven to do this as when I first started. I’m comfortable enough now that I can do 40-50 press-ups consecutively. And can do 100 if I break it up into sets (Letting my ATP system recharge).

..Can’t seem to get past 25-30 per set.
Is 100 realistic? I can do four sets of 25 in a hour no problem. Although form on the last two sets is getting scratchy. But doing more than 30 consecutive push-ups seems pretty tough.
Will keep persevering though. If I manage this it’ll feel like a real acheivement!

... I can only do 16 consecutive… Well.. it’s a start at least… see how long it takes to get to 30….
