My first 12 week challange has ended. I lost 14 pounds and a dress size. I am now in week 2 of the second go around. I have 39 pounds to go. I have added the marathon training to the challange so I should be good to go. This challange ends the day before my 1/2 marathon

My 1st 12 week challange is almost done. I haven’t been as faithful as I could have been but I have lost inches and a pant size.
Things are progressing nicely. I am going to the gym and lifting weights Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday I go to a Pilates class. I am getting stronger, my endurance is increasing and my metabolism is picking up.
yesterday I started on the challage. The hardest part so far was writing a menu plan for the whole week for every meal. I started my weight training yesterday with my arms. I am a little sore today. Today is cardio workout and tomorrow is weight training-lower half and abs.
