I’ve been cooking a lot more.
This is saving me money AND helping me eat healthier stuff.
Also, I’ve been eating a bowl of oatmeal and an egg every morning. I feel so decadent when I eat this big breakfast, but I really believe it’s helped me start losing weight. I never ate breakfast before.

My weight is still hovering around 175lbs., but I am trimmer…I’ve lost a couple of inches in the past two months, so while my weight remains the same, I know I’m gaining muscle and losing fat.
I have a lot more energy and I’m choosing (and even craving!) foods that are better for me.
I am under 180lbs. for the first time in over a year… i hope the trend continues.
I’ve been walking my dog further than usual lately, and intentionally parking far away from the stores I go into, etc.
Even this tiny extra bit of exercise is making me feel much better.
