I have been slowly loosing it. I workout 4-5 days a week, and cut back on meal portions.

It takes persistance. I gained a little back, but have been exercising regularly. I paddle outrigger canoe every week, did the Queen Liliuokalani race last week. Eighteen miles in the hot Kona sun… Beat our last year time, feeling pretty good afterwards.
I’m staying active and trying to eat right. My wife keeps rewarding me with ice cream, cakes, etc. I have to add hours on the treadmill…

I’ve been running on the treadmill. My iPod fell off while I was running, it got squashed. I ordered another one from my brother, he sells computers. Someone suggested I go to the Apple store in the mall to see if they would exchange the broken one, they did! I now have two…
I hit 240 this year. I have an outrigger canoe, paddle once or twice a week. I workout at home, have a treadmill, weights, a bench and lat machine.
I have started to run on the treadmill and weight train. I hope to keep it up, 4-5X/week. I’m slowly getting my strength back, can bench 3-4 sets 220×10 and 1-2 sets 275×5. I’m sure my one rep max is around 300, will try in a month or so.
Running is hard when you’re heavy, gotta quit the beer and take it serious…
