So water is my #1 choice for drink now.
But today I was bad and has some root beer.
I really wanted some, and it has been forever. So I got myself some.
Yay for water.
Its yummy.
Still havent made it to 8 glasses for 3 days straight yet.
All in time I am sure.
Thats all I have been drinking lately.
I still dont think I have made it to 8 glasses of water a day yet.
Maybe if I subsituted some of my chocolate milk with water… that might work.
Yeah.. eventually I will give it another try.
I am just happy with myself for choosing water over soda now.
I read someones entry about drinking a lot of water, and like what they did was drink a cup when they woke up, 3 at school, one when they got home, one with a snack, and one with dinner, and one before bed.
That seemed very realistic to me, so I think I might give that a shot starting tomorrow. I think I will be able to do it.

I think I will go get some water right now. Cup number 2 for today.. a little pathetic.
And I do notice a difference.
But I dont think I have made it to 8 glasses a day yet.. but I will keep working on it.
so… I’d say that I am doing pretty good.. I still havent made it to 8 glasses of water a day for 5 days in a row.. but I am still trying..
On my 7th glass today… for the past two days I have drank 8 glasses of water… I am getting used to it.
I realized that when the water is in a bottle, that I drink it faster… and I drink more of it… even if its just the water from the fridge that I refilled the bottle with… but yeah so now I always have a bottle of water with me everywhere I go.
