This post popped up in my blog reader earlier, which discusses a book about a diet where “you could lose weight by eating dinner for breakfast”.
You eat like a king in the morning, a prince at lunch, and a pauper at dinner.
The author claims to have over lost 150 pounds and then maintained that weight for 6 years.
It’s an interesting idea, though I don’t understand why reversing meals this way causes weight loss. That said, I am aware that if I eat breakfast (large or small) I become a lot hungrier, sooner. So perhaps there is some merit to it.
I doubt I’ll experiment with this (although I feel like I should) because I am absolutely not a morning person!
