I think that I’m doing better. Tomorrow I will count calories (I have a thing with numbers). So, I have walking, but it doesn’t work with me. I kinda walk too fast, because I’m already a pedestrian. I guess that’s why walking doesn’t really feel like an exercise to me.
Well, okay, I’ll be back.

Now that I have volunteer work, I have a chance to walk to the school that I’m volunteering at. It’s 2 long blocks away, but I walk quick. (It only takes about 10 minutes.) I wanted to walk around the park, but I can’t go alone.
I am cutting calories, but not too much (not starving level).
I need to start exercising around the home!
Today I didn’t get a chance to walk, and that’s just messed up. I woke up at 4:00 am to walk , and I can’t leave that early. I’m too young.
I don’t even have a scale, but I am definitely starting tomorrow.

Today, my mother decided that our family would decide to walk in the morning, and I guess I’m happy about that.
I’d rather walk in the evening, but I guess that’s okay.
Is walking really considered an exercise? Just curious.

This summer, my plan was to work out when my sister would be at summer school. I want to work out alone. But my sister had forgotten to sign up, so I’m stuck with that all summer. I have my own room, but I just don’t have enough room to work out. (My sister watches a lot of TV in the other workout places.)
Well, I’ll be making room to try harder for myself. I do want to change for my health and my future.
