I went on vacation to see my sis in TN….and I gained a few back. Oh well….I got more cushion for the pushin. Woooooot!
Well about 7 weeks ago, I started watching what I ate and either walking on the treadmill or walking my dog. I am down 14 pounds. I wish I was a faster loser (of weight). I guess I am doing it right, that’s 2 LBS a week. Wow and to think I want to lose like 60 more LBS.
It will take me about 30 weeks to do it! So 30 weeks from now is Jan/Feb. I suck at math. I hope I did it right. HAHAHAHA!!!! If I keep it up with what I am doing and being steady with it, maybe I really will reach my goal by the new year. But then I think of the battle I will be facing in the coming months. Losing weight is damn hard. Ugh. Grrrr.
