I’ve been trying to get back into the habit of doing yoga regularly again because it makes me feel relaxed and calm.
I did two longer sessions this week and a few poses on some of the other days.
I’m going to try to do a little yoga each day this week.

I saw this on my list earlier today and thought “I need to do this”.
So I did 20 minutes of yoga. My flexibility sucks again, but the yoga felt good and just the right amount of challenging.

I have three different decks of yoga flashcards. I figure even if I don’t spend huge amounts of time doing yoga, I can at least pull 2-3 cards out of the deck everyday, and do those poses.
A little yoga must still be beneficial. My gym has hour long classes a few times a week, but I don’t always have that much time.

I saw this on my list and realized I haven’t done yoga in a while.
I do it mostly because I am horribly inflexible, plus it just makes me feel good.
But I haven’t done any lately. I should try a little a day. It might do wonders for my stress.

I had gotten out of the habit of doing yoga. I forgot how good it makes your muscles feel.

I really need to just do a little each day and I know I will feel so much better. I know it would be good for my busy life.
