I was feeling negitive feelingz and I was stressed out pretty badly that I was upset today, but then when I just couldnt handle it I just sat down and stopped thinking and pretty much after a few secondz I calmed down.I think that was the first time that I did that in a while and I dont know if it was meditation or something else…

Concentrate on a movement, a sound, an image, a thought – without strain and without concern if your attention wanders. Before you know it, you will be meditating
I havent started on this goal yet since I have been busy with other things like school, wok aka work, socail life, and other goals. But this is going to be on my to-do-list. I am really trying to motivate myself into doing stuff that can help me think clearly without getting too much thinking into my day lol. I just need help with getting started on meditating (sorry if I spelt it wrong). If anyone have any tips/websites that can help it would be greatly appriated :D Thanks for reading and good luck/work to everyone doing this goal :)
