read 2 (skimmed a third) books by/on Edgar Cayce – My Life As A Seer, Encyclopedia of Healing (the one i skimmed), and Edgar Cayce Answers Life’s 10 Most Important Questions by John G Fuller.
the first was the best and from Cayce’s point of view. he has influenced me greatly.

i picked up the book of the movie Serenity but it was so awful, didn’t even want to finish it.

i’d love to find another great fiction to start, but i’m so picky. i’ve been watching movies like Wuthering Heights, Pride and Predjudice, etc… maybe i should try something by Emily Bronte or Jane Austin.

Anybody read anything good lately? I was recently on vacation and caught up on reading my magazines. That seems frivilous but they were good mags and had piled up so much that they were threatening to take over my apartment. And, magazines are just a luxury to read, I think. I love it!

Just finished Great Garden Companions by Sally Jean Cunningham. It explains how to organically garden without added nonsense by grouping plants/herbs together to trick/repel nasties like aphids. I went through this one in maybe two commutes. I get through gardening and knitting books in no time, but have so much trouble getting through the classics unless I have a good quiet stretch of hours or if I’m at a library cubicle.
