12 days, and my legs are sore from the daily running. Really I’m pathetic, I can’t even run for a full 1/2 hour. Though I push myself to run as much as possible, mostly I end up lucky to have 10 minutes of the 1/2 hour running.

Knowing this, I try to work in stuff like climbing walls or scrambling down cliffs.

One week, out running around. I think I could do more, but I’m not sure what.

Buy a watch that fits tight on my wrist. The bracelet I have is pretty, but it won’t do for timing this sort of thing.
