improve my spanish

I just sent Jason a whole email in Spanish. And when I walk by Big Ten Burrito I understand the radio sometimes: last night I heard “In Puerto Rico they play all the hits.” Plus I downloaded some Shakira songs. Maybe I’ll pick up on it like I absorbed some French listening to Complainte de la Butte. sd

I listen to Spanish podcasts sometimes. I speak pidgin Spanish with Jason sometimes.

And what I will do: pick up some of the books I have in Spanish that are at my mom’s house when I go next-next week; actually listen to the podcasts; make a point to practice my conversation skills next semester (lofty goal)
