I eat healthier but its impossible for me to be all health all the time. I am not even sad about it! I don’t want to give up chocolate fudge cake. Or hot wings. Or beer. Just every now and then and in moderation (accept for the beer!) In the meantime I will still aim for my five fruits and veggies a day, whole grain carbs, lean protien and dairy and lots of water!

I’m eating at least one fruit and two vegetables a day. I know it’s way under the recommendations, but it’s better than nothing. Plus, I’m trying to eat fresh fruit and veggies as opposed to canned because I think they’re better for you. It’s a start.

This summer and specifically in august i overate…but not junk food!!in greek islands our grannies have different perspective.they feed their kids and grand children as celebration lets say. They prepare great dinners and meals!!!lots of drinks and soft drinks its their happiness to treat you!traditional deserts…so many food..barbeque…!so i ate too much..But now my schedule starts from tomorrow and i m going to start again the healthy nutrition.with light menus!and of course with LESS COCA COLA…..(i’ll try hard).
I have been so busy that my diet has consisted mostly of fast food lately. I’ve been trying to eat more salads since that’s at least a little better than a fast food burger. So I’m making a little progress on this.

I’m just not ready to do this yet. I tried, but I always find myself having brownies for breakfast and Wendy’s for lunch. I’ll try this again at some point, but not right now.

I have found that if I cook at home I tend to make healthier meals than if I eat out. One of my New Year’s resolutions this year is to cook more often. So far I am eating healthier and so is my family.
I have a renewed dedication to eating healthy because I am not 2 months pregnant. Being allergic to lots of foods makes it hard for me to get all the nutrients I need. I’ll need to start cooking at home more and just in general, eat healthier so that my baby gets the nutrients it needs to grow!

I really need to do this. I am not overweight or anything, but my doctor told me that my cholesterol is a little high and that I should watch what I eat. Well, I haven’t been doing that. This is a good time to start though. I have to take my lunch with me to work this time of year if I want to eat at all, so I can pack healthy stuff instead of eating fast food every day.
