On week 26, I ran on monday, and mountain biked on sunday.

On week 27, I ran on tuesday, swam on wednesday, and mountain biked on sunday.

On week 28, I ran on wedneday, and don’t think I’ll do anything more before sunday.

But I think I’ll allow myself to consider that three exercices on week 27 means one is enough on week 28.

I ran twice this week, 45 and 40 minutes.

I was missing it.

Week 40 : one hour footing on wednesday, and 1 hour 58 minutes 52 seconds race on tuesday !

Week 41 : I deserved some rest !



Week 39 : three times ! 2 years ago

48 minutes running on tuesday, gym on wednesday, 57 minutes running on thursday !



Week 38 : done 2 years ago

Footings on thursday and sunday.



Weeks 35, 36, 37 : done 2 years ago

week 35 : footing on saturday

Week 36 : footings on thursday and saturday.

Week 37 : climbing indoor on monday, footing on thursday, race on sunday !
