We will have a C-section next week, so I’ll be looking at this goal again in the coming weeks. Though not too soon… :)
We will have a C-section next week, so I’ll be looking at this goal again in the coming weeks. Though not too soon… :)
pregnancy has made this goal a definate postponement. I’m not taking it off my list though, b/c I know it will definatly be a goal after the baby gets her. BTW- it’s a girl!!!
... because of many reasons, but most of all priorities. Taking 4 doctoral classes at a university that’s an hour and a 1/2 drive makes for difficult eating (especially since I’ve given up meat as of mid- june. I do not want to replace meat with starches like pastas and bread, so this made it all the more difficult. I’m sick of Taco Bell burritos. Now that the summer term is over and I can unpack the suitcase I’ve lived out of, I can be more schedule oriented. One day…
Not to actually work out, but to see if I liked the facility. My hubbie goes there everyday… I know I need to do something in addition to watching my eating habits. I plan to join this upcoming week.
... but I’m back on track. I was up at 5 to do 30 minutes of lower body yoga. I feel good, and aim to keep this up. I also stopped writing down what I eat, and my line graph depressed me when it went the wrong direction. I aim to turn this trend around. I’ll post progress…
I’ve been planning my menus making sure to include meals that are very healthy. The WW magazine by my side is inspirational.
So, I’ve got my chart, and the line on my graph is heading down.. but I don’t want to get too excited, b/c I know I’m not supposed to weigh everyday. (That’s the OCD part of me ha ha!)
I’m going to make a line graph in Excel to put on my fridge… I think daily charting of my progress will be good for keeping me on target. Maybe I could make short term goals that I reward myself for meeting with a new pair of shoes?!
I’ll be 30 in 2007. I’m giving myself ‘til August to meet my goal. I think that’s reasonable.
