was very moving. Capt Nemo and I just watched this live broadcast from Queensland, and we couldn’t manage without a box of tissues. His family will have been so proud. Goodbye Steve. We will all miss you so much. Again our thoughts and prayers go out to all his loved ones x

Time to go back to my usual avatar. If I’m free next week I’m thinking about going to the memorial if it’s here in Brisbane. This still doesn’t really seem real to me.
They had Steve and his family on Better Homes and Gardens last night and I cried my eyes out. I really didn’t expect to be so emotional about this, but I think a lot of people are feeling the same way. And then to hear about Brockie yesterday too – what a sad week for us Aussies. xo

I watched Crocodile Hunter on TV today. I hadn’t seen it in so long. Watching the show made me remember why so many people loved him. He cared so much for all animals. In the episode I watched he got to swim with a mother whale and her baby in the ocean. He just seemed overjoyed by that experience. So few people get to enjoy their life like he did and he educated others while doing what he loved. He is greatly missed and my heart goes out to his family.
