I went back to the drawing board and we have a new approach, new staff, new backing…this needs to be and will be the THE YEAR.

I am interviewing for my office tomorrow. Good help could make all the difference in my business. I am really tired of not having anyone. I need to come up with some good interview questions now.

I learned today that you have to be willing to ask for help. Pride can get in the way of what is already there. One needs to be willing to be willing to recognize when they are in over their head and just ask those around them for help.

Another example of paying attention to the little things. Today while speaking with one of my new clients I just decided to ask if they would have liked it is I would have approached our first meeting different. He gave me some good insight.

I have had my business now for four years. I have noticed that it is not growing as fast as it once was. The reason is simple in part because I have narrowed my client type to only certain types.

Still one main reason is turnover of staff. One complaint I have heard from that staff is not having a clear understanding of what to do. Therefore short term goal is to get a clear schedule of how to handle everything and realize that I can not put my hand on it all.
