I am now into week 3 of my official fitness campaign and I feel awesome. I am half way to my goal weight, shifting that weight I put on when I quit smoking, plus the Christmas cheer! I have been walking and cycling and I feel awesome! I just hope I can keep it up!

I jogged for the very first time the other day, despite the fact that I run like a girl and I felt great…I am still walking every day and have now included a little jogging into the equation. I think I’m on way to fitness
For the last three days I have been walking for about an hour in the afternoon for the start of my fitness campaign.
