I derailed there for a little while, but I’ve still lost 10 pounds, and I did it slowley so hopefully it will be 10 punds i never see again!
Week 1: lost 1.5 kilos… just gotta keep on with the motivation
but I am way over weight, it took a body fat percentage test to tell me that :(
I got a lot of hard work ahead of me, tomorrow morning I’m going to start running.
