ate too much today, and yesterday. NEED to get out of the house for this to work. I should get a laptop.

going to loose 20lbs before college. No excuses anymore. I’ve hit the deadline. I will loose a lb every week until i begins. This means at least 60mins of exersize a day and way less food. I have all the healthy food. I just need to eat it in smaller quantities. Ok, so its the 15th. I should loose 2lbs in February, 4 in march, 4 in april, 4 in may, and maybe like one more in june. That’s 15, i guess i could still loose twenty. I just need to bump up the exersize load and maybe spend more time out of the house. Next time i want to snack i’m just going to the library instead. I’m taking some community college classes right now. those will help me get out more. I’m going to make Thursday be the day where I finish all of my homework and do my guitar practice. Find time to exersize everyday. I’m going to go take a walk now.
didn’t think i was old enough to join, but i am, so i’m going to. woo. i’m really excited, now i can finally learn how to lift weights properly. i want to try and exercise 60-90 mins a day like the American health association or whatever recommends.
ok i’m starting this up again.
today i ate about 15 m and m’s which wasn’t good.
also had a bit too much cereal.
I feel really full right now, so i don’t think i’m going to eat for the rest of the day.
I’m going to take a bike ride now.
nevermind it has started to rain…
I think the cold weather and rain has been what’s causing me to put on about 5lbs, i need to find a way to get out anyway.
i have a flute lesson today.
i NEED to exersize before that comes around.
i’ll practice now so don’t have to do it later when the weather could be better.
i had too much ice cream but i also took a nice long bike ride.
That was really a tough work out. I’m going to start biking instead of walking everyday. I’m really excited I think if I keep it up I’ll be able to meet my goal and loose 5lbs by the end of January. I’d just love to be nice and skinny for college, and it seems like a reasonable goal now that I’ve discovered the wonders of bike riding. woo.
i’ve stopped walking because it is getting cooler. Soultion: get out there earlier.
I’m getting really into guitar right now and hope to eventually start a band. The guitar playing distracts me from food and being in the band gives me motivation to look good. Last I checked I weighed 140, not good. No more stupid cereal and bread snacking.
Become a picky eater like my sister.
From now on i’m going to think of myself as a light eater. I will act accordingly. Then I will be skinny like my light eater sister.
with an empty stomach, i weigh 135lbs.
keep on drinking the large amounts of water, and eating the large amounts of onions and salad.
I’m still going to go through with that morning walking plan though.
i’m feelin’ optimistic about this!

i’ll walk everyday, maybe skateboard, rollerblade, surf when my mom drops me off…
here are some tips i’ve found that have been working for me as of late:
1.throw away anything high cal that you’re snacking on. If you’re like me and can’t resist the peanut butter, even though in small amounts it’s healthy, dump it, at least until you’ve lost the weight.

3.no or next to no cal drinks: spite zero, propel, crystal light. they keep you full and hydrated.
4.prepare for emotional eating. when i’m stressed or bored, i debar high cal snacking with a giant bowl of salad.
5.the mirror and clothes size chart progress more accurately than the scale. Set goal pant sizes instead of weights.
6.Make working out a priority. Even if you are tired, even if you have a lot of homework, still do it. Treat it as if it is a school assignment due the next day.
7.Strength trian. I’ve started doing the Firm work out videos 3 times a week. They combine aerobic and strength training.
8.Tell people about your plan to loose weight, but don’t depend on them to help you. My mom and me usually go walking together every night, but sometimes she doesn’t feel like it. So, I go without her.
