Not that I have had a proper snow day in the past fifteen years (if not longer), but even the idea of a snow day makes me happy. I love snow, but, imho, snow is best enjoyed from the safety and coziness of one’s own yard and home, where one can enjoy hot coffee and cocoa, watching the dog bury things and find them in snow banks, shoveling in a leisurely manner, curling up with a book, watching movies on DVD, etc. So, here’s hoping for a snow day this winter!
