i did pick up my violin today. i even tuned it. but thats about as far as a got. i bought my violin this past summer with the intention of playing holiday tunes during the, uh, holidays. the holidays are now upon us and i cant even remeber the standard tuning off the top of my head.
/ i also “play” the bass. same amount of strings, differnt cleff, tends to complicate things

i will pick up my violin later today. it is my day off and i have only a few things i need to accomplish before i should do that. but i will. its been a while, i may have to start from the begining of the books again.
