focus on the positive

hm.. well we are currently hiring a lot of kids at my work.
i am in charge of training. last year, this was a disaster because some of the kids were just too young. ( a bit immature)
i felt more like i was babysitting than working.

so .. i dreaded it this year.

anyway, i thought, why am i focussing on it like this.

i really believe that things happen for a reason. challenges come and i can take those challenges and use them to move forward positively right? so… i keep being sent all these kids… how can i make a difference with these kids? what kinds of things can i learn from them? what kinds of things can they take away from working here…... this is an opportunity to make a tiny difference. :)

the store i work at is going through construction
we hear drilling, banging… cutting… experiencing major dust and dirt daily… UGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH

positive side…. oh… i have to admit… some of the construction workers are NICE to look at LOL

something i found in another persons list …. stop complaining!

my work is always new everyday, providing always something that will come up. we are currently going through renovations in the store and this provides a LOT Of complications to simply getting our work done!!!!

i do believe it defintely is all in the attitude.
