I found a file that had 3 of my favorite quotes in it. I need to make a goal out of going through and naming all of my files something usefull. This one happened to be named “hhhh.txt”. The only reason I found it is because I was looking for something else and opened that to see what it was. Anyway, here they are:
Curiosity is the very basis of education and if you tell me that curiosity killed the cat, I say only the cat died nobly.
-Arnold Edinborough
Metaphor is the currency of knowledge. I have spent my life learning incredible amounts of disparate, disconnected, obscure, useless pieces of knowledge, and they have turned out to be, almost all of them, extremely useful.
-Chandler Burr
Boredom: the desire for desires.
-Leo Tolstoy

I’ve started merging some of the various quote I have saved/written in random places into one .txt file. So that’s progress I guess.
I’m also kind of looking for some printable stationary to print some of the quotes out on. Does anyone know of a website that has some good printable stationary that would look nice and work well with a wide range of quotes?

This is a goal I’ve kind of had for a while now, and every once in a while I try to make a list. It’s never gotten very far though.
I also sometimes like to put my own personal spin on classic quotes. One of my favorites:
“Give a man a match, keep him warm for moments.
Light a man on fire, keep him warm for life!”
~John Warren(me)
Feel free to put that one in your book!
