I have started running again… definitely not where I was a few years ago (knee injury during my last 1/2 marathon). I have definitely taken too much time off.
Anyway, I have started back up and signed up for a 5k in February. I figure I want to ease into it so that I don’t reaggrivate the knee thing.
I have set myself up w/ a plan for this and then to set up a plan for a 1/2 marathon training schedule.
It’s like which came first, the chicken or the egg? Do I go for the 1/2 marathon or the triathlon first? I can’t determine which would be more beneficial to me and the other event… Decisions, decisions.
