I guess we are more or less on track on the question of avoiding sweets… we know the enemy. :D But the one that is more difficult will be to identify the hidden ones that really pile the pounds on.
Starting today I have chucked out candy bars, Gems and other ‘sweets’. Been off sugar in my coffee and found it suprising easy to get down the hatch today (after struggling these last two days)... so lets see how this goes?
