I’m finding this one hard to keep up with on a daily basis. i think I’m using some other techniques to be mindful, which is what this “thing” was all about. it irks me to see it on my list and not be adding to it, so I’m going to “give up” on it for now. but I do still think it’s worth doing:)

(4) the trimmer of the fir tree bough that I hit face-first when I’m not paying attention nearly every time I walk home from the train in the dark.
(5) a (pro) boyfriend who leaves the front door unlocked for me so I don’t have to fumble for my keys after a long day
(6) getting home at 5pm thanks to the “early” train, and having a whole free night ahead of me to do whatever I want
(7) a super, like-minded friend who is willing to transport my compost trash on a weekly basis
