Snicks arrived safe and sound all the way from Africa! 3 weeks ago

It was fun seeing all the mementos and goodies he brought with him in his backpack. I got online with the little one and we read about his travels and checked out his photos. On his first weekend in Florida we took him to a horse ranch where we roasted s’mores (he likes honey graham crackers) and hitched onto a hayride and played in a big haystack. Here he is at the bonfire with a cute blonde.

the safe arrival of Snicks in Cape Town this afternoon.

raph is super excited and is taking him to school tomorrow to meet his mates.

we leave for Czech in a week, Snicks may come with – not sure yet! will keep y’all posted

It’s time to move on. I almost had a chance to travel to Cape Town on africanstar’s lap, but unfortunately it will have to be in a box.

In the picture I am fitting the box for size. I’m not too fat for a bear, so it’s an easy fit, with room for padkos.

We went up in the bell tower. There’s a big bell. I’m sitting on the swinging beam that is used to ring the bell. I don’t know what the bell sounds like, because there was a sign up that says “Please do not hit the bell.”
