master cleanse

Ok….yea…day 1, again. Commence bashing! lol. Yes i failed yesterday on my first day…that damn cheeseburger kept taughting me! Evil evil thing. But at least i’m giving it another go :) So far so good. Will I survive this time??? Stay tuned :P

Day 1…and so far so good.I work over night so I started this morning at 5am when I came home with the senna tea. I woke up several hours later feeling fine. I then took the swf, which surprisingly, I kept down with no problem. I keep telling myself it was chicken broth…sans the chicken flavor. I was shocked how fast..and often..it came back out tho hehe. I was even more shocked how tasty the lemonade actually is.
My only draw back is my fiance not being all too supportive of this. My goal is 30-40 days, so i need as much support from him as I can. He nags me about “how nasty looking and sounding’ this whole cleanse is and how he would never do something that sick. etc.. He then keeps asking me if I’d like him to fix me something to eat, which leads into a small argument lol. That and when I got up this afternoon I get greeted with ‘Hey baby…I got you a cheeseburger from Mcdonalds in the fridge’ Ugh. Will I survive the next month…..or 24 hours? Keep me motivated! :)

I’ve been doing alot of reading on this cleanse and am very anxious to try it out. But I do have several questions regarding it…prolly more down the road hehe.

Question one: I read that it does indeed clean toxins out of your body, which is great. My fiance has made a few mistakes regarding the usuage of weed…I was wondering if that would be one of the toxins ‘washed’ out if I was to get him on it too?

Queston two: We’re kinda on the poor side (yay for college!)and really can not afford to purchase a book. Does anyone know of a site or download where I can get the files of the book….or at least the basics so I can start the cleanse?
