Where I was several months ago. Hope/plan to be in the healthy range my March. I have been paying attention to my body and quitting eating when I am full.



Getting Motivated...Again 1 year ago

I am motivated to do this. This has always been important to me but somehow importance does not always equal motivation. I am starting off well, not trying to change everything all at once. I have made a commitment to myself to walk for 30 minutes every day. I started that on Monday. I have been drinking the recommended amount of water each day for a couple of weeks now. I also have been striving to make sure I eat breakfast every morning. Some days are off, but some effort is better than none.
