after pulling the muscle in my lower back. I started using our Total Gym again 3 days ago. I’m not doing all the exercises yet, but at least I’m getting some exercise in. So far my back is holding up.

with this, but not as good as I should be. But I pulled a muscle in my back last week, so It’s been hard to do anything except ride my stationary bike.
But I still need to increase the amount of time I exercise. I’m going to try harder this week to make this happen.
been feeling a bit blah,and therefore not exercising the way I should be.
for exercising. I haven’t wanted to do anything. I did a lot on Monday and Tuesday, because my sister was here and we shopped our butts off at two of the largest malls in the DC area! But after she left on Wednesday morning I didn’t want to do anything. My husband kept trying to get me to go walking, but I wouldn’t. I’m hoping this coming week will be better.
on this goal. It does help to only have exercise equipment in front of the TV! You feel kind of stupid sitting on the equipment and not using them, so you end up working out. I’ve toned my muscles quiet nicely.
I kept up with the exercising this week. In addition to the exercise equipment use while watching TV, my husband and I also took a few walks during the week and a nice long trail hike yesterday.

we borrowed a “Total gym” and an “ab lounger” from a friend. And have set both up in front of the flat screen TV. Now the only place to sit and watch tv is if you are on an exercise machine.
really well. Me and my family have gotten out just about everyday for the last week and half. We’ve roller bladed, walked, and biked. My legs are SOOO sore! But it’s nice to be out and moving.
