1st weigh in: 135( stayed there for almost 3 weeks)
Current: 132
Weight Lost: 4 pounds!!!!
Next weigh in (next week) hopefully it will be 5 pounds lost :)

Do people lose weight for other people and not themselves???
Ive seen people who want to lose weight or “starve” themselves because they want to look “hot” for a guy or their boyfriend…
My opinion..If your boyfriend or guy calls you fat and/or you feel like you have to lose weight for him to like you (..more) then there is something VERY wrong there..and it really shouldnt be that way OR worth it. He shouldnt be worth it.
so the past 3 weeks have been okay. i could do better. Ive been taking my lunch to school more often and exercising ( but not everyday :[ )The scale isnt really moving but i see a little change in my body. I think im going to measure myself more instead of weighing myself for a while….(although i weigh msyelf every other week.) Yeah i’ll just have to see how that goes.
Spring break is this week so i’ll have to try alot harder to stop snacking and eating when i dont really need to. Im about to do taebo in a little while.

Goal: 130 and tone.

ive been able to add more healthy things to my life and eat the unhealthy things less :) Ive exercised every day (except saturday) since i started. Im happy! I hope you guys are doing great!!!
