FINALLY!!!!! needed 80 to pass…got 86 :) one less thing to worry about now lol

to help people…i help people without getting paid too…simply because it’s the right thing to do (& it feels damn good!)

not really happy about my score but it’s my own fault for not taking more time to re-read the questions before i picked the answers…shrug but i passed!!!!
the ones i got wrong i knew the answers to & just clicked the wrong ones…i wanted to go back & double check myself but didn’t know how to do that without getting logged out (just the way the thing went i was afraid to try because if i got booted i wouldn’t have been able to go back in & try again)
ah, what can you do, right?
i passed & that’s the bottom line!

so i now have my Deliquent Mortgage Counseling Certificate! YAY!!
we covered bankruptcy counseling today & i still have yet to take my FCRA, however my manager knows i need to take it within a week or my password will expire (i just hope that doesn’t mean i’ll have to start all over! Yikes!) but if he lets us go early again tomorrow, i’m going to ask him if i can stay to take that test (then i have to wait a month for the actual certificate to arrive…like i’m currently waiting for my NFCC certificate to arrive so i can put them up in my office…we have to have them posted & can’t actually start counseling until we get at least FCRA cert)
tomorrow we start training on reverse mortgage counseling (HECM) & i think there’s a test for that one too (due to HUD regulations, etc)
at any rate, i’m really enjoying this so far & soooo look forward to being able to counsel & help people get their finances back in order (even if it’s just helping set up a feasable budget…sometimes that’s all someone needs)

Deliquent Mortgage Counseling today…i think i got 1 wrong, but i’ll double check myself in the morning!
once this has been entered as officially passed, i’ll have company certification for having completed this training! YAY!!
now…i just have to take & pass the FCRA exam & be trained for HECM (reverse mortgages) then bankruptcy counseling (because it’s mandated that we have that training to help the people that find themselves insuch an unfortunate situation) THEN i think that’s it for the certifications & will be a Certified Consumer Credit Counselor!
i’m so excited to be training for a job that will actually be extremely rewarding!!!

an oil change today! oh joy! what fun! lol
i haven’t gotten one since April (& probably still have over 50% oil life left) but seeing as i need them to check my tire (& i’ll probably end up late for work as a result) i figure why should i make 2 trips? do it now then i won’t have to worry about it again until…oh let’s see looks at calender maybe Jan or Feb? lol

to completely change banks! i’m looking forward to closing the current account (which we’ve had for over 14 years) & not looking back! customer service is EVERYTHING!!! you don’t provide even remotely good service, i don’t give you my money! that simple!
also i will tell everyone i know how terrible your service is because talking with your supervisor has done nothing to improve the service… screw you! see ya! buh-bye!
there is absolutely NO acceptable reason for your so-called “customer service reps” to be rude when a customer has a simple question! and it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to answer a simple question because you are a rude imbecile…
i don’t normally resort to name calling however i’ll make an exception in this case
i had a very simple question & your rep was beyond rude! i haven’t been happy with your service for quite sometime & it’s been continually going downhill the bigger you get. i’m very happily taking my account & business elsewhere. a different bank will have my money & my business

March 3rd…moon turns full 6:16 PM EST…eclipse at 6:21 PM EST…the moon is going to have an orangy-coppery tint…
vykira & i have talked about going to the “creepy tree” in NH to see the eclipse but we’ll see what the weather is like…it is early March in New England after all…lol
i’m just excited about the eclipse!!!
